We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Medicinal Chemistry group focusing on immunological applications. The successful candidate will carry out SAR study and compound optimization, scale up of the lead molecules, tool compound synthesis for target validation and identifications, and possibly some formulation studies. Must possess a B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry, or medicinal/pharmaceutical chemistry and 2-5 years of pharmaceutical research experience. Expertise in multi-step organic synthesis, compound purification and structural characterization is required. A track record of being consistently productive in synthesizing compounds that solve issues facing a drug discovery program is desired. The ability to work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary team environment and strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
