We are seeking a highly motivated scientific associate with a background in molecular and cellular biology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with molecular cloning, transfection, mammalian cell culture, western blotting, qRT-PCR, and cellular assay development. The candidate must possess a minimum of a B.S./B.A. in cell biology, biochemistry, or another relevant biological area. Previous experience with pancreatic beta cells is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organization, and data analysis skills are a must, as well as a positive outlook and a team-oriented attitude.
