Description:

As part of a laboratory team you will provide protein expression and/or purification support for medium scale production of protein collections for biopharmaceutical protein discovery projects using primarily eukaryotic systems (stable and transient). You will take on specific responsibilities relating to creation and integrity of cell lines and transfected cells, purified proteins, data pertaining to production of high quality proteins, maintenance of lab equipment and preparation of scientific reports. You will have input into in planning, interpretation & presentation of results of the project.

Requirements: 
Minimum B.S.+ 2 years in cell biology, biochemistry, or protein chemistry, with at least 2 years of industry experience. Ideally your experience is in medium scale (up to 1L) eukaryotic protein production in a parallel processing environment.  Your strengths may include cell culture, protein purification, and critical and objective interpretation of results. Applicants should have good organizational, team & communication skills, and should be able to multitask on aspects of a given project.
