Description:

We are seeking an Image Informatics expert to develop, validate, and implement methods for the analysis of images acquired through our ex vivo and in vitro screening platforms. The successful applicant will work with histologists and other scientists to deliver automated quantitative analysis of biological images. The primary focus will be on both routine and innovative analysis of histology images, but there will also be opportunities to apply image analysis to other biological systems, such as 3D and time-lapse imaging.

Qualifications:
•Ph.D. in biological imaging and analysis or a related subject, or M.S. with 3-5 years experience related to image analysis.
•A demonstrated background of developing novel approaches to solving image analysis problems.
•Strong computer programming background.
•We prefer experience one or more of these areas:
 o Multiple image analysis platforms, such as “CellProfiler” and “Definiens”.
 o Automated pathology analysis
 o High content biology
 o Data management for high content screens.
