In this role as the Senior Support Analyst, you will provide endpoint and technical support for the needs of GNF scientists and administration related to end‐user specific services and products.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Serving as tier 2 incident escalation and liaison to Desktop Engineering to produce manageable workarounds to issues.
•Analyzing daily incident queue to identify potential problems, working with minimal direct supervision.
•Developing and providing formal Knowledge Base (KB) documentation for internal and user consumption regarding problem resolutions
•Utilizing modern scripting languages to automate processes, manage endpoints, and create software install packages
•Managing and generating metrics to ensure adherence to KPI's


What you will bring to the role:

•Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems preferred or related field experience
•Minimum of 5 years of experience with the configuration and troubleshooting of desktop software and hardware in a corporate computer network environment.
•Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash/Unix, or AutoIT
•Experience with packaging and automating software deployment and endpoint management products.
•Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Requirements:

•Excellent troubleshooting and prioritization skills
•Experience with code repositories such as GitLab, and M365 client side apps
•Biotech/pharmaceutical work experience
